Digital Art
Creating on her iPad, using the Procreate app, Dionne has generate hundreds of images. Digital paintings. Illustrations. Surface patterns that can be tiled. Dionne will also use Procreate to problem solve her ‘real’ paintings. Using a photo of her painting, Dionne will explore different compositions by building layers of ‘paint’ on top of the photo.

The Village series consists of 10 buildings based on architecture from the Niagara region of Ontario. There are a few businesses, some houses and even a lighthouse. All were generated as separate pieces that can be blended.
