PURCHASES 

We operate an online shop to provide access to our products. Purchases made through our online shop is facilitated through a third-party and will require the disclosure of personal information, which will include payment details. These third-party providers will not share your financial information with us, only the information required so that we can process your order and provide customer service, such as what you ordered and your address.

If you make a purchase, we are required to keep a record of your purchase for as long as is legally required by the Canada Revenue Agency, in Canada, for the purposes of tax returns.

When you make a purchase, you are able to pay via electronic bank transfer or by credit/debit card through the payment processor PayPal.  When a payment is processed, we will receive limited information about your purchase; such as your name, what you purchased and the payment confirmation. We do not receive any of your financial information.  Your payment details are stored on the systems of the bank that you use and/or PayPal.
